Wellness Works is a workplace mental health training program that seeks to increase capacity for employers to respond more appropriately when employees have mental health issues, reduce stigma and social prejudice towards people who have mental health challenges and mental illnesses, and promote mental wellness in the workplace. Wellness Works is a program of Mental Health America of California and is funded by the voter approved Proposition 63, the Mental Health Services Act.
The training products are designed to increase employee engagement and increase manager-employee relations. Wellness Works Trainers have received extensive training from North America’s leading experts on workplace mental health.
The training products range from one hour presentations to full day interactive workshops for front-line managers, organizational leadership, and employees. They customize to meet the context of your organization and participant group.

The CMMC (California MHSA Multicultural Coalition)
In May of 2010, REMHDCO was awarded the RFP 1 of the California Reducing Disparities Project Phase I by the Office of Multicultural Services of the California Department of Mental Health. The contract was executed in October of 2010 and the first meeting of the California MHSA Multicultural Coalition (CMMC) was held on March 28, 2011 in Sacramento.
The CMMC is one of seven partners of the California Reducing Disparities Project(CRDP) Phase I, a statewide project funded by the Mental Health Services Act that is now administered by the Office of Health Equity of the California Department of Public Health.
